Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
As an integral part of our commitment to Good corporate citizenship, we at GKML believe in actively assisting in the improvement of the quality of life of people in the communities, giving preference to local areas around our business operations. We shall continue to relentlessly strive in our endeavor of sustainable development goal and social equity.
In our CSR journey towards promotion of global peace and unity, advancement in educational values, documentaries of human purpose of existences, environmental conservative Care attitudes, Innovative Moral Values Sports, i.e. Innovative Football, Care for the aged People and Children of all age group. We shall implement our CSR projects, activities and programs directly through GKML’s CSR scheme and Gkingdom Purpose Foundation Library charity (GKPFL).
G KINGDOM PURPOSE FOUNDATION LIBRARY COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE is a company limited by guarantee registered in Ireland 2019, under Part 18 of the Companies Act, of 2014, for the sole purpose of the Gkingdom Moonlight Enterprises Ltd implementation of the (GKML CSR) programs.
The amount to be spent by GKML on CSR shall include atleast 1% of the average net profits for preceding three financial years. Any surplus arising out of the CSR projects, programs, or activities shall not form part of business profits of the company.
We shall continue to nurture a vibrant culture of volunteering in our aspiration to leverage our core competencies and managerial technological capabilities for CSR. We shall strive to bring innovation to our CSR initiatives and optimize their effectiveness while seeking to create a
measurable impact to our CSR activities.
GKML’s CSR efforts shall focus on education, environmental conservation, positive moral values, sports and employability interventions for relevant target groups, ensuring diversity and giving preference to needy and deserving community around the globe.
